Shipping Policy
We will process the order as soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction. All items are delivered to the address provided by you when ordering. You will be able to select at the end of the check-out process the delivery service required (from standard to express delivery) for your needs. When in stock, they will be delivered to the delivery address within a period of 2 to 10 working days depending on the delivery type you have chosen.

We offer free delivery on all orders above 300 GBP - Please use option at checkout when applicable.
Delivery to countries outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
Return & Exchange Policy

If not fully satisfied, you can return the item you purchased within 14 days from when the order arrived to you to get a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, please email us at hey@elifgencer.com. Please note that there will be a £5 processing fee deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging. Items must be free from stains, makeup marks, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear. If you believe an item arrived damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. Please send your return with a tracked, but not signed service.
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally sent, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. The item may be sent back to the customer at their expense. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email. We will refund your payment of the purchase price, less any cost of expedited shipping if it occurs. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@elifgencer.com with images of the damaged goods with close up images of the style.
Unless the mistake is on our side, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We reserve the right to send the goods back to you or do not issue a refund if the return does not fulfil our return policy. Please note that deliveries from countries outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us. If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes on delivery or on a return shipment, the package may be abandoned or returned by the courier. In these cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
